During a session, I guide you into hypnosis and invite you to explore what this connection means to you. You may notice imagery of unfamiliar places or a sense of being in the presence of someone who feels familiar. Your experience might also unfold through emotion or a quiet feeling of belonging.
You don’t need vivid mental pictures or an established belief about extraterrestrial life. There is room to be curious without deciding in advance what you will experience.

Once you’re settled, I guide you into a relaxed, focused state. Through open questions and gentle prompts, we explore what comes forward without assigning you an identity or deciding what your experience should look like.
You remain an active participant, and we have dialogue throughout the hypnosis session. You can describe what you notice and ask for a pause whenever you need one.
Afterward, we make time to reflect on what stood out and how it relates to your life.
